Description:
Rectify is seeking a proactive and people-oriented Site Supervisor to support and oversee facility management operations across multiple sites in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who can effectively lead technical teams while maintaining strong relationships with clients and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage teams of technicians across multiple facility sites
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure prompt resolution of service requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and follow-up
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate technician assignments and workloads efficiently
• Conduct routine site visits and inspections to ensure service quality standards are maintained
• Address client concerns, feedback, and service requests in a professional manner
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance, coaching, and support where required
• Foster a positive and productive work environment among technical staff
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and operational performance reports
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with company procedures and safety regulations
• Coordinate with procurement teams regarding materials, tools, and equipment requirements
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in facility management or a supervisory position
• UAE experience within the facility management industry is preferred
• Strong ability to manage client relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Practical understanding of technical maintenance operations and facility services
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities
• Ability to anticipate challenges and implement proactive solutions
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of Arabic is considered an advantage
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of:
• Facility management operations and maintenance procedures
• Team supervision, workforce planning, and performance management
• Client relationship management and service delivery standards
• Health, safety, and regulatory compliance requirements
