Description:
Economic Group of Holdings is currently seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for HR professionals with experience managing workforce operations, employee administration, and compliance activities within a dynamic business environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment coordination, employee onboarding, visa administration, employee records management, and HR compliance. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of UAE labor regulations and HR best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including support for both white-collar and blue-collar workforce requirements.
• Coordinate manpower requirements with department managers and project site teams.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and employee onboarding documentation.
• Conduct employee induction and orientation programs for new hires.
• Manage visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and status amendments in accordance with UAE labor laws.
• Coordinate Emirates ID processing, medical examinations, labor cards, and related employee documentation.
• Administer employee medical insurance enrollment, renewals, and claims coordination.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation systems.
• Track attendance records, leave management, and employee movement updates.
• Support performance appraisal processes and employee evaluation programs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and UAE labor regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2–5 years of professional HR experience.
• UAE HR experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, visa processing procedures, and HR best practices.
• Experience managing employee records, onboarding, and HR administration functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
