Description:
Innovation IT Solution is seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to join its team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about talent acquisition, employee engagement, and building high-performing teams that contribute to organizational success.
The successful candidate will oversee key human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations. As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring effective HR practices that support business growth and employee success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities to attract and hire qualified candidates
• Manage onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
• Foster positive employee relations and address workplace concerns professionally
• Oversee HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support performance management initiatives and employee development programs
