Description:
Parker Premier Real Estate is looking for a creative and passionate Videographer cum Video Editor to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong visual storytelling ability who can create compelling video content that showcases properties, promotes the brand, and drives audience engagement across multiple digital platforms.
The successful candidate will be responsible for filming, editing, and producing high-quality content for social media, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives. Working closely with the Marketing and Sales teams, the selected professional will help bring innovative content ideas to life while maintaining the company’s visual identity and marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
• Capture professional-quality property tours, promotional videos, and social media content
• Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other digital platforms
• Produce visually appealing content that aligns with brand standards and marketing goals
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to develop innovative content strategies
• Optimize video content for various social media and digital marketing channels
• Utilize AI-powered editing tools to improve production quality and workflow efficiency
• Stay updated with current video trends, editing techniques, and social media best practices
• Manage multiple content projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
Requirements:
• Proven experience in videography and professional video editing
• Strong creative vision with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Real estate videography experience will be considered an advantage
• Filipino nationals are preferred
• Strong knowledge of:
• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software
• AI-powered editing platforms such as CapCut AI, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Descript, and Opus Clip
• Social media video production, content optimization, and visual storytelling
