Key Responsibilities:
• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
• Support daily café operations and service activities
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization within the café
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth service delivery
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
• Follow company policies, hygiene standards, and operational procedures

Requirements:
• Fluency in both Arabic and English
