Description:
Hire & Wire, a growing construction and infrastructure company, is seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Engineer to join its team in Dubai. The role is focused on supporting and supervising ongoing civil and road infrastructure projects while ensuring high-quality execution and compliance with engineering standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong site supervision experience, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively across project teams. This position offers the opportunity to work on impactful infrastructure developments in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise civil and road construction activities on-site
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors
• Review drawings, method statements, and technical documentation
• Manage RFI processes and ensure timely responses
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards
• Monitor site progress and report project updates
• Support coordination and execution of infrastructure projects
Requirements:
• 6–10 years of experience in civil and road works supervision
• Strong knowledge of site coordination and project execution
• Experience in RFI management and technical documentation
• Ability to review engineering drawings and method statements
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Experience in roads and infrastructure projects preferred
• Strong background in site supervision and project coordination
Strong knowledge of:
• Civil engineering site supervision and execution
• Roads and infrastructure project management
• Technical documentation and RFI processes
• Construction quality control and compliance
