Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Tele Caller / Telesales Executive to join our real estate team in Dubai. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and supporting the sales team in closing property deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided UK/US databases
- Qualify leads for property sales and rentals and confirm required details before forwarding to the Sales Manager
- Explain basic property details to clients before consultant follow-up calls
- Follow up with clients via phone, WhatsApp, and email
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and client interactions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telesales or real estate preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish, French, or German is a plus)
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality
- Basic knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is an advantage
- Ability to handle high-volume calling
