Description:

Beverly Hills Specialist Hospital in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled and experienced HR Officer to join its human resources team. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in healthcare HR operations and a solid understanding of UAE labor regulations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR functions, ensuring compliance with hospital policies, and assisting in employee management processes. This position requires a proactive professional who can work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality in all HR matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily HR operations and administrative HR tasks

• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and healthcare regulations

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation processes

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases

• Assist in employee relations and performance management activities

• Coordinate with departments regarding HR requirements and staffing needs

• Support implementation of HR policies and procedures

• Assist with attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

• UAE healthcare HR experience is mandatory

• Strong understanding of UAE labor laws and HR best practices

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Ability to handle confidential information professionally

• Strong attention to detail and administrative accuracy

• Ability to work in a hospital or healthcare environment

• Strong knowledge of:

• UAE Labour Law

• HR Operations in healthcare sector

• Attendance and leave management systems

• HR compliance and reporting procedures
