Key Responsibilities:
• Provide individualized educational support to students with diverse learning needs
• Develop and implement intervention strategies to enhance student learning outcomes
• Collaborate with teachers to promote inclusive classroom practices
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate educational records
• Work closely with parents and guardians to support student development
• Assist in creating individualized learning plans and support programs
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
• Participate in school meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or B.Ed in Special Education
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Special Educator
• UAE teaching or special education experience preferred
• Strong understanding of inclusion practices and student support methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for supporting students with diverse educational needs
• Patience, empathy, and commitment to student development
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school leadership
• Strong knowledge of:
• Inclusive education practices and learning support strategies
• Student assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
• Classroom accommodations and individualized education support programs
