Description:
ERC International is currently assisting a client in the retail beauty sector to hire an experienced Finance Manager to lead and manage financial operations, planning, and strategic financial growth initiatives. This role is ideal for a commercially driven finance professional with strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing finance functions within retail, consumer goods, beauty, or e-commerce industries.
The selected candidate will play a key role in overseeing financial strategy, reporting, compliance, and performance analysis while ensuring strong financial governance across the organization. This position also involves supporting business expansion across international markets and contributing to long-term financial sustainability.
The role offers an excellent opportunity for a senior finance professional to take ownership of financial operations and work closely with leadership teams in a fast-growing business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage financial strategies, annual budgets, and forecasting processes
• Prepare and review monthly profit and loss statements and financial reports
• Provide financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and business growth
• Manage cash flow, audits, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Support international expansion initiatives across multiple markets
• Lead, mentor, and develop finance team members to ensure high performance
• Maintain strong financial controls, governance frameworks, and reporting standards
• Collaborate with senior management on financial planning and business strategy
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in finance management roles
• Experience in retail, beauty, consumer goods, or e-commerce sectors preferred
• Strong understanding of international finance, taxation, and compliance frameworks
• Proven experience managing teams of 10+ employees
• Excellent analytical, financial reporting, and business partnering skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
