BTTI offers courses at Diploma, Craft and Artisan level in the following trade areas: Building and Civil Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Business Studies and Information Communication Technology. BTTI is working in collaboration with investors in the neighboring community to put up student hostels. Currently construction of both men and ladies hostels are at an advanced stage. All prospective students are assured of accommodation within the vicinity of BTTI, and in a secure and conducive learning environment. Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Undertaking training in areas of specialization in accordance with the syllabus,
  • Preparing teaching/learning documents,
  • Setting and marking examination/carrying out assignment,
  • Carrying out research work under the guidance and supervision of a HOD.

Requirements

  • At least Diploma in Hair Dressing and Beauty Therapy/ Cosmetology or equivalent and relevant qualification
  •  Diploma in Technical Trainer Education or a Post Graduate Diploma in Education from a recognized Institution;
  • Be licensed by TVET Authority or meet the requirement for licensing by TVETA;
  • At least one (1) year working experience in an educational sector
