Description:
A growing organization in Abu Dhabi is seeking qualified and detail-oriented professionals to join its finance team as an Accountant and Assistant Accountant. These full-time positions offer an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong accounting expertise to contribute to a dynamic and professional work environment.
The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting accounting operations, maintaining financial accuracy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and assisting with financial reporting activities. The roles require strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations, bookkeeping, and transaction processing.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and statements in accordance with company requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and IFRS standards.
• Perform account reconciliations and assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor financial transactions and maintain accuracy in reporting.
• Utilize accounting software for recording and managing financial data.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support finance-related activities and reporting requirements.
• Assist in maintaining organized financial records and documentation.
• Support management with financial analysis and reporting as required.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Experience within the Real Estate or Commercial Leasing sector is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or CIMA will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Xero.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and good working knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
• Strong knowledge of:

• Accounting software including Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, and Xero
• Financial reporting, reconciliations, and accounting procedures
