Description:
A well-established organization in the UAE is seeking a Junior Accountant to join its finance team. The selected candidate will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting day-to-day accounting operations, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
The role requires strong accounting knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams while handling multiple financial responsibilities in a structured environment.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure all financial entries are properly updated
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions efficiently
• Process financial transactions and ensure timely recording of payments
• Perform regular bank reconciliations and account balancing activities
• Assist in preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries
• Support budgeting activities and basic financial analysis tasks
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT laws and financial reporting requirements
• Use accounting software and Microsoft Excel for daily financial operations
• Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and finance support
• Ensure adherence to company policies and UAE financial regulations
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines while maintaining accuracy
