Description:
Tawreed Middle East is seeking an experienced Sr Service Sales Engineer to join its team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a sales professional with a strong background in HVAC service sales, particularly in Cooling Tower and Chiller service solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing client relationships, and promoting service solutions to customers across the UAE market. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, commercial awareness, and excellent customer engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Cooling Tower and Chiller service contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals based on customer requirements.
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to promote service offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and support the successful closure of sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of HVAC sales experience.
• Proven experience in Cooling Tower and/or Chiller service sales.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and service solutions.
• Excellent commercial, communication, and relationship management skills.
