Description:

A growing organization in Dubai is looking to hire a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to support its financial operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing accounting records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring accurate financial processing within the company.

This position requires strong analytical skills, accuracy in financial data handling, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial integrity and supporting both daily accounting operations and long-term financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify, record, post, and reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

• Prepare accurate financial reports and present financial performance summaries.

• Analyze financial data and provide clear insights into the company’s financial position.

• Review existing accounting systems and recommend process improvements where necessary.

• Supervise bookkeeping activities and support junior accounting staff when required.

• Prepare financial statements, reports, and budgets in accordance with deadlines.

• Assist with tax-related audits and support tax return preparation activities.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure full compliance.

• Support month-end and year-end closing procedures accurately and on time.

• Calculate employee bonuses, allowances, and other payroll-related benefits.

• Prepare and process monthly payroll efficiently and ensure timely disbursement.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.

• Previous experience in an accounting role will be considered an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation.
