Description:

A growing real estate company based in Dubai is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join its Human Resources team. The role focuses on identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company’s expansion and operational success.

The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Real estate industry experience will be considered an advantage.

This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic organization where talent acquisition plays a key role in driving business growth and building high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, attract, and engage qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidate suitability.

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to final hiring.

• Build and maintain a strong and active talent pipeline.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.

• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.

• Real estate recruitment experience is an added advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
