TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager with:

  • Minimum 15 years of demonstrable experience in similar high-end luxury hotel or fine-dining environments.
  • Formal tertiary training in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management or a related discipline (Degree or Diploma).
  • International exposure is a significant advantage-broadening perspective, refining standards, and strengthening adaptability.
