This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Support Assistant based in Abu Dhabi. The Office Support Assistant will be responsible for daily HR administrative tasks, such as handling phone calls, managing office correspondence, and assisting with clerical tasks for Recruitment team. They will also support office on boarding operations by managing employee database, organizing files, and maintaining records to ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities. Collaboration with team members and providing assistance to Labour category where required will also be expected in this role.

 Qualifications

- Excellent Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills. 

- Proficient Administrative Assistance and Clerical skills with blue collar data management. 

- Familiarity with the use and maintenance of common Office database and Oracle systems. 

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Attention to detail and time management skills. 

- Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)

- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with Labour category. 

- Prior experience in office administration or a similar role is preferred. HR experience is a plus. 2to3 years 

- Strong proficiency in Hindi language both spoken and reading 

- 3 years graduation or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or administrative assistance are a bonus.
