Description:
SY Capital is currently looking to hire a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive / Recruiter who is a native English speaker. This role is ideal for an HR professional who can confidently manage full-cycle recruitment while also contributing to essential human resources operations within a dynamic real estate environment.

The successful candidate will oversee the complete recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. In addition to talent acquisition, the role involves supporting core HR functions such as employee relations, compliance with UAE Labor Law, performance management processes, and maintaining accurate HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activities across various departments.
  • Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, and other recruitment channels.
  • Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Support onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new employees.
  • Assist with employee relations matters and performance management procedures.
  • Ensure HR practices align with UAE Labor Law and company policies.

Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of HR or recruitment experience within a real estate company.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Hands-on experience using job portals and candidate sourcing tools.
  • Working knowledge of UAE labor regulations is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships.
