Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold a Certificate, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel & Tourism Management, Accounting, IT, Culinary Arts, Engineering, or related fields (depending on role).
• Have prior experience in hospitality operations, hotel management, food & beverage service, maintenance, finance, or guest relations.
• Demonstrate strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Be familiar with hotel management systems, health and safety standards, and hospitality best practices.
• Show professionalism, integrity, teamwork, and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Supervisory and management roles (Rooms Division, Restaurant Manager, Duty Manager, Maintenance Manager, F&B Supervisors) require proven leadership experience in reputable hotels.
• Technical roles (IT Technicians, Carpenter, Maintenance Team) require hands-on experience and relevant certifications.
• Finance roles (Cost Controller, Accounts Payables, Night Auditor) require strong accounting knowledge and attention to detail.
