Minimum Requirements (Likely)

Applicants should:

• Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Monitoring & Evaluation, Information Management, or related fields (depending on role).
• Have prior experience in humanitarian programming, refugee operations, shelter and settlement projects, procurement, or programme monitoring.
• Demonstrate strong technical, analytical, reporting, and organizational skills.
• Be familiar with humanitarian standards, project cycle management, and donor reporting requirements.
• Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with IOM’s mission of promoting humane and orderly migration.
• Engineering roles (Programme/Project Engineer – Shelter & Settlement) require proven field experience in construction supervision, infrastructure development, and site management in humanitarian contexts.
• Monitoring, Reporting & Information Management role requires expertise in data collection tools, analysis, and reporting systems.
• Procurement Associate role requires demonstrated experience in procurement processes, vendor management, and compliance with organizational policies.
