Description:
MBS Government Transaction Center LLC is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-focused HR / Admin Officer to join its team in the UAE. This role is well-suited for an organized professional who can effectively manage both human resources and administrative responsibilities while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

The selected candidate will play a vital role in overseeing daily HR operations and supporting overall office administration. You will be responsible for maintaining structured employee records, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring smooth onboarding and offboarding procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities in line with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and updated HR files, documentation, and employee records.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including interview scheduling and coordination.
  • Monitor attendance, manage leave records, and assist with payroll coordination.
  • Handle visa processing, labour contracts, and immigration-related procedures.
  • Provide administrative assistance to maintain efficient office operations.
  • Ensure adherence to UAE Labour Law and internal company guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • 1–2 years of relevant HR/Admin experience; UAE-based experience is preferred.
  • Good understanding of UAE Labour Law, visa processing, and government procedures.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Must be currently based in the UAE and ready to join.
