Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily theatre operations, ensuring clinical excellence, and upholding the highest standards of patient safety, infection control, and surgical care delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Operation Theatre
- Supervise OT nursing staff and theatre support teams
- Coordinate surgical schedules with consultants and anaesthesia teams
- Ensure strict compliance with infection prevention and control protocols
- Oversee theatre inventory, surgical equipment, and consumables
- Implement and monitor patient safety and quality assurance standards
- Maintain accurate theatre records, reports, and audit documentation
- Support hospital accreditation and regulatory compliance initiatives
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in OT (Operation Theatre) Management
- Experience must be in a Level 4 Hospital and above

Additional Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing or Peri-Operative Theatre Technology
- Valid professional practicing license
- Strong leadership and team management capability
- Excellent knowledge of surgical procedures and theatre protocols
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
