We are currently hiring a dedicated and customer-oriented Travel Consultant to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about travel services and enjoys assisting clients with seamless travel arrangements.

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end travel bookings while ensuring excellent customer service standards are met at all times. Strong communication skills and hands-on experience with travel systems are essential for success in this position.

Key responsibilities include:

• Handling flight reservations, ticket issuance, and rebooking requests
• Using GDS systems efficiently for airfare and itinerary management
• Managing online hotel bookings and related travel services
• Assisting clients with travel inquiries and providing accurate information
• Coordinating with airlines, hotels, and service providers as needed
• Maintaining clear communication with customers in English

Ensuring timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction throughout the booking process
