We need a hands-on specialist who will build a proper parts warehouse + purchasing system first, then run it daily.

What you will do:

  • Set up warehouse structure: locations, labeling, receiving/issuing/returns rules
  • Maintain accurate stock and parts database (part numbers, cross-references, fitment)
  • Purchase parts for work orders: supplier comparison, price control, delivery tracking
  • Run regular inventory counts and handle returns/warranty cases
  • Work closely with technicians/service advisor to prevent downtime

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in auto parts warehousing + purchasing
  • Strong knowledge of part numbers and cross-references
  • Cyber Auto experience is a strong plus
  • Systematic, accurate, reliable

We Offer:

  • Salary: AED 6,000 (negotiable based on experience)
