Job Description

We're looking for a warm, outgoing, proactive, professional Guest Relations officer to deliver exceptional customer service.

  • Meet & Greet - Welcome guests with a personalized, friendly service
  • Answer all guest enquiries, questions
  • Manage check-ins
  • Handle activity and excursion bookings and follow through until completion
  • Coordinate with other key departments to ensure smooth stays
  • Guest transfer planning
  • Restaurant reservations

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Passion for hospitality & attention to detail
  • Strong organizational & multi-tasking abilities
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
