We are seeking an experienced and skilled Office Administrator with a strong accounts background to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the UAE and be capable of handling both administrative and accounting responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily accounting activities and records
  • Handle general office administration and coordination tasks
  • Maintain proper documentation and filing systems
  • Assist with accounts-related reporting and compliance
  • Support day-to-day office operations as required

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant UAE experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Female
