Morsel Chocolates is currently hiring a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waitress to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with customers, have a passion for chocolates and desserts, and take pride in delivering excellent service in a welcoming environment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality service to guests, maintaining store presentation standards, and supporting smooth daily operations. This is a full-time position within a fast-paced and customer-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner
• Take customer orders and serve chocolate products, desserts, and beverages
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting store environment at all times
• Assist customers with product information and recommendations
• Operate and handle the POS system accurately
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a waitress or customer service role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with English proficiency required
• Positive attitude, friendly personality, and professional appearance
• Ability to perform well in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required
• Abu Dhabi-based candidates are preferred
