National Bonds is currently hiring a dynamic and results driven Area Manager to join its Dubai operations. This position is suited for a strategic professional with strong market understanding and the ability to lead teams while driving sustainable business growth.

The Area Manager will play a key role in expanding liability portfolios, strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring consistent performance across assigned areas. The role demands hands on leadership, strong networking capabilities, and a proven ability to deliver results in competitive environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate high performing teams to achieve business targets
• Drive liability acquisition strategies and ensure steady portfolio growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with GRE entities, large corporates, and private companies
• Identify market opportunities and implement effective growth initiatives
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure alignment with organizational objectives
• Support long term business development through relationship management and market insights

Key Requirements:

• Minimum five years of experience in liability acquisition
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory with strong English communication skills
• UAE National is preferred
• Proven track record in leading and managing high performing teams
• Demonstrated success in liability growth and acquisition
• Strong existing network within GRE, corporate, and private sectors
• Ability to drive performance, build relationships, and deliver consistent results
