Dubai National Insurance is currently hiring an Officer – Internal Audit to support and strengthen governance frameworks, internal controls, and compliance processes within the organization. This role is ideal for professionals with prior exposure to internal audit or control functions, particularly within the insurance sector, who are looking to grow their career with a leading insurer in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Support internal audit and control activities to enhance governance and risk management practices
• Review internal processes, policies, and controls to ensure effectiveness and compliance
• Assist in identifying control gaps and recommending corrective actions
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support audit planning and execution
• Contribute to maintaining high standards of accuracy, transparency, and accountability

Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in internal audit or control functions within the insurance industry
• GCC insurance experience is considered a strong advantage
• Professional qualifications in Finance or Internal Audit such as CA, CPA, CIA, or ACCA are preferred
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
• Candidates currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately are preferred
