Description:
We are hiring a dedicated and energetic Food and Beverage Attendant to join the team at Cheeky Monkeys Playland in Dubai. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a lively, family-focused environment and take pride in delivering friendly, efficient service to children and their families.

The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring high standards of food service, maintaining hygiene and safety practices, and supporting smooth daily operations within the food and beverage area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve food and beverage orders accurately and within set timeframes
• Promote and upsell menu items, party packages, and ongoing promotions to customers
• Respond to customer questions politely and handle minor concerns in a professional manner
• Follow cleaning, sanitizing, and hygiene procedures in line with health and safety standards
• Ensure accurate POS entries, billing, and payment processing
• Assist with food and beverage inventory management, including stock rotation, expiry checks, and reporting shortages
• Demonstrate teamwork, respect, clear communication, and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in food and beverage service, hospitality, or catering
• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards
• Previous UAE experience is preferred
