Job Description

Location: Various locations in Kenya (Machakos, Embu, Nairobi, Kiambu & Remote/Field-based)

Available Positions

  1. Business Development Associate

  2. Business Development Intern – Machakos

  3. Business Development Intern – Embu

  4. Business Development Intern – Nairobi

  5. Business Development Intern – Kiambu

Minimum Requirements

For Business Development Associate:
Applicants should:

  • Hold a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, Education, or a related field.

  • Have proven experience in sales, field marketing, or business development (experience in EdTech or education sector is an added advantage).

  • Be comfortable conducting school visits, demos, and product presentations to administrators, teachers, and other stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Be target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

For Business Development Interns (Machakos, Embu, Nairobi, Kiambu):
Applicants should:

  • Be recent graduates or ongoing students in Business, Marketing, Education, ICT, or related courses.

  • Have a strong interest in sales, technology, and education solutions.

  • Be willing to work in the assigned region conducting field visits, product demonstrations, and basic client support.

  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Be proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced startup environment.
