Job Description
- The Salesperson will work on-site in Kisii in a full-time capacity. Responsibilities include meeting and exceeding sales targets by promoting and selling MOMENTUM Kenya's financial products to customers. Other duties involve acquiring and managing client portfolios, building and maintaining client relationships, attending networking events to generate leads, and preparing accurate sales reports. Additionally, the Salesperson will liaise with the internal team to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain updated knowledge of MOMENTUM Kenya’s products and services.
Qualifications
- Sales, Product Demonstration, and Relationship Building skills
- Customer Service, Communication, and Negotiation skills
- Knowledge of Financial Products and Marketing
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and achieve targets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant digital tools
- Proven experience in a sales or client-facing role is preferred
- A Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
- Familiarity with the local market and prior experience in financial services will be an advantage
