Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Maji Milele, a leading provider in the retail and sales sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in client relationship management, prospect identification, and deal closing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting and networking.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Negotiate deals and close sales to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail or human resources industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
