Brass Monkey Abu Dhabi is expanding and preparing for its new Abu Dhabi location. The company is looking to build a dynamic and energetic team for back-of-house and support operations. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates who thrive in fast-paced hospitality settings and are eager to contribute to a vibrant nightlife and dining experience.

The available roles focus on operational support behind the scenes, ensuring smooth day-to-day functions and contributing to excellent guest experiences. Team members will be expected to coordinate effectively, manage resources, and support administrative and technical processes within the venue.

Open Roles:

• IT Support – Maintain IT systems and provide technical assistance.
• Admin / Onboarding Executive – Support administrative tasks and employee onboarding.
• Storekeeper / Procurement Executive – Manage inventory, procurement, and supply chain activities.

Requirements:

• UAE-based candidates only.
• Prior experience in hospitality, particularly in fast-paced environments within Abu Dhabi or UAE.
• Strong knowledge of the UAE local market and operational standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative team setting.
• Passion for hospitality, nightlife, and delivering high-quality guest experiences.
