Requirements & Qualifications

• A recent bachelor's degree (typically completed within the last 12–18 months) from a recognised university.
• Strong academic record with demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
• Genuine comfort with digital platforms, including office productivity tools and online collaboration software.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional Kenyan languages are a plus.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to ask questions, seek feedback, and take initiative.
• Ability to work effectively in a team while also handling independent tasks with accountability.
• Based in Kenya and available for full-time work as part of a structured graduate intake.
