Role Overview
This is a fast-track graduate opportunity designed for recent university leavers in Kenya who want to turn academic knowledge into workplace capability from day one. You will work alongside experienced professionals on live projects, taking on real responsibilities that affect business outcomes, while receiving structured coaching to accelerate your growth. The role suits someone who is naturally curious, comfortable with digital tools, and eager to build a long-term career through hands-on learning rather than passive observation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operational tasks across assigned teams, helping to keep projects moving and deadlines met.
- Contribute fresh ideas to ongoing digital initiatives, from content and communications to process improvements.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data summaries that inform management decisions.
- Collaborate with colleagues from different functions, learning how the organisation operates as a whole.
- Take ownership of specific deliverables and follow through to completion with minimal supervision.
- Actively participate in training sessions, feedback reviews, and mentorship check-ins to sharpen professional skills.
- Identify opportunities where technology or innovative approaches can improve current ways of working.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A recent bachelor's degree (typically completed within the last 12–18 months) from a recognised university.
- Strong academic record with demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations.
- Genuine comfort with digital platforms, including office productivity tools and online collaboration software.
- Excellent written and spoken English; additional Kenyan languages are a plus.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to ask questions, seek feedback, and take initiative.
- Ability to work effectively in a team while also handling independent tasks with accountability.
- Based in Kenya and available for full-time work as part of a structured graduate intake.
What We Offer / Why Join

You will gain practical industry experience that goes beyond typical entry-level assignments, with direct exposure to how real projects are executed and delivered. You will benefit from regular mentorship by experienced executives who are invested in your progress, and you will have the chance to make a tangible impact on meaningful work. If you are ambitious, digitally confident, and ready to learn by doing, this programme offers a solid foundation for the next stage of your career.
