Website & Graphic Designer

Role Overview

We are looking for a hybrid web and graphic designer who can take a project from initial concept through to a polished, launch-ready website and matching visual collateral. Your day-to-day will involve designing and building responsive WordPress sites, refreshing existing pages, and producing a steady stream of branded assets — from social media creatives to print-ready brochures, flyers, and corporate identity pieces. Beyond aesthetics, you will be expected to think about usability, page speed, and basic search visibility, making sure every design you hand over is both attractive and functional for the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and customize WordPress websites using page builders like Elementor, ensuring full responsiveness across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Maintain and update existing websites, including content changes, layout fixes, and integration of forms, maps, and third-party tools.
• Create original website layouts, landing pages, and navigation structures that follow current UI/UX best practices and are easy for visitors to use.
• Develop visual identities, including logos, color systems, and typography, and apply them across stationery, business cards, and corporate documents.
• Produce print-ready artwork such as brochures, company profiles, flyers, posters, product catalogs, and presentation decks.
• Design static and animated creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp marketing, YouTube thumbnails, and Google display ads.
• Optimize web pages for speed, mobile friendliness, and basic SEO elements like meta titles, alt text, and proper heading structure.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all design work aligns with brand guidelines and is delivered on schedule.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in web design and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showing both digital and print work.
• Proficiency in WordPress development and customization, including knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and basic JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with Elementor or similar drag-and-drop page builders.
• Solid understanding of responsive web design, UI/UX principles, and website navigation best practices.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, plus working knowledge of Canva for rapid social media content creation.
• Experience creating corporate branding, brochures, product catalogs, and other marketing materials from scratch.
• Knowledge of landing page design, website speed optimization, and basic SEO concepts such as indexing and link structure.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console for monitoring site performance.
• Working knowledge of hosting, domains, DNS settings, and website forms/contact systems.
• Basic video editing capability for social media clips and YouTube thumbnails.
