Al Ghurair Mobility is currently looking for a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join its automotive aftersales team in Dubai. This role is responsible for handling warranty-related processes, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting smooth coordination between service departments while maintaining compliance with manufacturer and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and submit warranty claims accurately and within defined timelines
• Monitor warranty approvals and ensure proper follow-up with relevant parties
• Maintain complete and up-to-date records of all warranty transactions
• Coordinate closely with workshops, parts departments, and service teams
• Ensure warranty procedures comply with manufacturer guidelines and internal policies
• Assist in resolving warranty-related issues efficiently and professionally
Requirements:
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Previous experience in warranty administration or automotive operations is preferred
• Strong organizational, documentation, and analytical skills
