Job Description
Automax Tools / Ain Al Shams is looking for a responsible and organized Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, inventory handling, and coordination of incoming and outgoing materials.
The ideal candidate should have experience managing warehouse operations in the UAE, preferably in an industrial or automotive equipment environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily warehouse activities and operations
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming stock and materials
- Prepare deliveries and dispatch items accurately
- Maintain inventory records and stock levels
- Ensure cleanliness and proper arrangement of the warehouse
- Coordinate with the sales and service departments
- Monitor tools, spare parts, and equipment movement
- Conduct periodic stock checks and inventory reporting
- Follow company safety procedures and warehouse standards
Requirements
- Male candidate preferred
- 2–3 years of warehouse management/coordinator experience in the UAE
- Preferred experience in an industrial tools, machinery, or automotive equipment warehouse
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle physical work when required
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems, email)
- UAE driving license is an advantage
