Sakhalin Restaurant, a well-established luxury fine dining destination in Dubai, is currently looking to hire experienced and service-oriented Waiters and Waitresses to become part of its professional hospitality team. The ideal candidates should be passionate about hospitality, attentive to guest needs, and capable of maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced fine dining setting. Candidates with strong communication skills and previous upscale restaurant experience are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
• Welcome guests professionally and provide exceptional table service throughout their dining experience
• Take food and beverage orders accurately while maintaining excellent customer interaction
• Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and maintaining service quality standards
• Coordinate effectively with kitchen and restaurant staff to ensure smooth service operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas according to restaurant standards
• Present menu items confidently and provide recommendations when required
Requirements:
• Previous experience working as a waiter or waitress in a fine dining restaurant is mandatory
• Fluency in both Russian and English languages is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
