The organization is seeking a Virtual Administrative Assistant to support its property management team in handling day-to-day administrative tasks. This remote role plays a vital part in ensuring efficient communication, accurate data handling, and smooth coordination between teams, residents, and service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize complex calendars and scheduling for internal teams.

• Handle incoming emails and phone inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

• Prepare, format, and edit reports, presentations, and business documents.

• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry for tenant and property information.

• Coordinate maintenance requests and communicate with contractors and residents.

• Organize and maintain digital filing systems and administrative records.

• Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Proactive problem-solving mindset.

• Experience in property management or real estate is an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of:
