Description:
A luxury private villa in Dubai is seeking an experienced and professional Villa Manager to oversee the daily operations of the residence. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with proven UAE experience in managing luxury villas or private households while maintaining exceptional standards of hospitality, organization, and service excellence.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising household staff, coordinating vendors and service providers, managing budgets and inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day villa operations. The role requires excellent leadership, discretion, and a commitment to delivering a first-class experience for residents and VIP guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the private villa.
• Manage, supervise, and schedule household staff while monitoring performance.
• Maintain exceptional standards of housekeeping, hospitality, and guest services.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and external service providers.
• Manage household inventory, supplies, and operational budgets.
• Welcome and assist VIP guests while ensuring seamless daily operations.
• Ensure the villa is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Handle confidential matters with professionalism and discretion.
• Monitor maintenance requirements and coordinate timely repairs.
• Ensure efficient household operations and service delivery.
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Villa Manager, Estate Manager, or House Manager.
• Mandatory UAE experience managing luxury villas or private households.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Malayalam-speaking candidates are preferred.
• Female candidates are preferred.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Household operations and staff management
• Hospitality standards and VIP guest services
• Inventory management, budgeting, and vendor coordination
