Assistant Restaurant Manager

Creneau Hospitality is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join its team at Maison Mathis, with opportunities available in Arabian Ranches and Dubai South. The successful candidate will oversee daily restaurant operations, support team development, maintain outstanding service standards, and ensure smooth coordination across all operational areas. • Support the daily management of restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

• Lead, motivate, and develop restaurant staff to maintain high service standards.

• Ensure compliance with operational procedures and hospitality best practices.

• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve guest concerns professionally.

• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to deliver efficient restaurant operations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing and developing restaurant teams in a similar dining concept.

• Strong knowledge of European and French cuisine and service standards.

• Previous experience working in a licensed restaurant establishment in the UAE is mandatory.
