The successful candidate will be responsible for editing property showcase videos, social media content, and short-form videos for platforms such as Instagram Reels and TikTok. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to produce compelling content that enhances the company’s online presence.

Key Responsibilities:
• Edit high-quality property videos for marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Create engaging content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
• Enhance videos using transitions, motion graphics, music, and visual effects where appropriate.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to produce creative video content.
• Ensure all videos meet brand standards and are delivered within project deadlines.
Requirements:
• Experience editing real estate and social media video content is preferred.
• Strong creative skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple editing projects and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Portfolio showcasing previous video editing work.
Strong knowledge of:
• Video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Instagram Reels, TikTok, and social media content creation.
• Video transitions, color correction, audio editing, and motion graphics.
