- Direct undergraduate and postgraduate research dissertations, providing structured feedback to keep projects on schedule and compliant with institutional regulations.
- Prepare, administer, mark, and moderate all forms of assessment — including assignments, tests, and examinations — and submit final grades within official deadlines.
- Build an ongoing research portfolio that yields peer-reviewed publications, alongside active participation in academic conferences, seminars, and inter-university workshops.
- Revise and enhance curriculum materials to reflect current scholarship, pedagogical advances, and changing ministerial needs.
- Serve on departmental and university committees, support quality assurance reviews, and mentor students on academic and professional pathways.
- Undertake additional duties assigned by University Management that support strategic institutional objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Earned PhD in Theology, Biblical Studies, or a closely aligned discipline from an accredited, recognised university.
- Minimum of three years of university-level teaching, research, or ministry practice in the field of Theology or Biblical Studies.
- Demonstrable command of contemporary pedagogical approaches, including e-learning platforms and the supervision of student research.
