GoKite Travel & Tours is currently expanding its B2C Sales Division and is looking for passionate, energetic, and customer-focused professionals to join its growing team across multiple UAE branches. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with travel planning, holiday packages, flight bookings, and travel-related inquiries
• Promote and sell travel products, tour packages, and holiday services to individual clients
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide high-quality service throughout the booking process
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall branch performance
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth travel arrangements
• Handle customer concerns professionally and provide suitable travel solutions based on client requirements
• Maintain updated knowledge of destinations, tourism trends, airline offers, and travel packages
• Support team operations and contribute to a positive and productive working environment
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in travel, tourism, or sales
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge of holiday packages, ticketing, and travel operations is an advantage
• Leadership and team management skills preferred for Team Leader role
• Professional attitude with strong interpersonal abilities
