Job Description
- The position will oversee the full training lifecycle: curriculum development, trainer management, programme evaluation, accreditation, and financial oversight. The Training Manager will act as a key liaison with insurers, regulators, partners, and professional bodies to strengthen the organisation's influence and market presence.
Education and certification
- Master’s degree in Education, HRD, Insurance, Business, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
- Professional certifications in training, HR, or insurance are an added advantage.
- Knowledge of NITA, KNQA, and CPD requirements is desirable.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- At least 5 years in training, learning & development, or capacity‑building roles.
- Proven experience in curriculum design, programme accreditation, and quality assurance.
- Demonstrated success implementing digital and blended learning solutions.
- Experience in insurance or financial sector training is strongly preferred.
