Job Title: Trainer – Socio-Economic Skills Development (SESD) Component

BAYE Africa, in partnership with the National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement (NYOTA), invites qualified and passionate professionals to apply as trainers for the Socio-Economic Skills Development (SESD) component under the NYOTA Program.

Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Education, Business, Social Sciences, Community Development, Agribusiness, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in training, facilitation, or youth skills development.
• Proven experience in SESD, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, or digital skills training.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and mentoring skills.
• Experience working in ASAL regions is an added advantage.
