- Provide and replenish all transaction tools and point-of-sale materials at outlets, ensuring agents can operate without disruption.
- Train agents on Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and support SSOs with KYC processes related to SIM registration (SIMREG).
- Monitor float levels and SIM stock at outlets, enforce the 1.5x stock rule, and ensure SSOs have enough SIM cards for new registrations and activations.
- Maintain merchandising standards by installing, refreshing, and monitoring visibility materials across all visited outlets.
- Track sales performance, stock compliance, and competitor activity in the territory, and report insights to the Area Sales Manager on a regular basis.
