Description:

An Oil & Gas project site in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Timekeeper to support daily workforce attendance and site manpower tracking. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate monitoring of employee attendance and smooth coordination with project teams.

This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage time records, support payroll-related documentation, and ensure all attendance data is maintained accurately and efficiently. The role is essential for maintaining workforce discipline and operational transparency at the site.

Candidates with prior experience in construction or Oil & Gas environments and strong administrative skills are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily attendance records for site personnel

• Monitor and manage employee check-in and check-out entries

• Coordinate with site and project teams regarding manpower attendance

• Prepare and support accurate timesheets for payroll processing

• Identify and report attendance discrepancies promptly

• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping of workforce data

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Timekeeper in construction or Oil & Gas projects preferred

• Strong understanding of attendance tracking systems

• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools

• Good communication and coordination skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
